We can said this house where is located in Texas as glass box. because almost the material is glass and formed some boxes. This house is for two families and divided into two living spaces. There are two pavilions inside the house which are connected by glass hallway. it gets two different regions and cultures influence in designing. The Asian architecture was used in body of water and spatial continuity between inside and outside, then, Japanese architecture can be seen in structural transparency and minimalist aspects of interior. but, both of then used roof as outdoor living space which was gotten by Moorish architecture.

Even, it used glass as the material, this house still environment friendly. It is constructed by modular steel frame. the structural frame shows the house’s facade and construction process. As a whole, this house looks modern but still has green side by the garden outside home. one of the interesting things is the glasses which Bercy Chen Studio used is not only in white but also some parts of house using red and blue glasses. it makes the house more colorful.
